Training & Development

For sustainable optimized performance and continuous improvement, FPCL allocates yearly budget for the training and development of its Human Resource. Moreover, FPCL is utilizing in-house Training Need Analysis (TNA) based program which determines the training and professional development needs and provides opportunities to its employees. The program has cross‐functional trainings for the availability of multi-skilled people. In order to upgrade the technical capabilities, different national and international certification programs are also offered to FPCL employees.
